Currently the Kansas Courts hold the Legislative and the Executive Branches “hostage”. They create their own guidelines and implement them as law. Their ONLY job by law is to carry out the law, not to create them, not to coerce. Kansas Supreme Court created the whole ‘baby – Case Management”  then dictated to the legislature. Instead of the legislature telling the Courts to shut the F^#*K up, they went along pitifully.
